JJ Ferrari has spent more than twenty years at the intersection of brand, performance, and leadership. Her career spans over a thousand speaking engagements across Australia, the United States, and internationally; four CEO and interim CEO roles across diverse industries; executive leadership positions in multiple organisations; and direct consulting, coaching, and training work with more than 1,800 businesses.

She is the CEO of Nova Strategic and the architect of BrandThera — the diagnostic and brand-building methodology that underpins every client engagement the agency takes on. She leads the brand strategy, client development, and coaching work, and is the primary strategist on every BrandThera engagement.

Her speciality is the work most brand and marketing agencies do not do: separating the person from the business vehicle from the brand, identifying the unbreakable promise underneath the work, and building the positioning and proof architecture that makes a brand referable, recognisable, and resilient. She is direct, forensic, and produces structures the client can use long after the engagement ends.

JJ works primarily with executives, professional speakers, coaches, and consultants — individuals whose brand is built on personal capability and who need the business and the site around them to perform at the same level. Kelsey Brookes has been building websites and digital systems for more than twenty years. His career has taken him from the front lines of ecommerce development to the university lecture hall, where he has taught website and ecommerce development at the academic level — giving him a rare combination of technical depth and the ability to explain complex systems in plain language that clients and developers alike can work from.

He is the technical and design architect behind every Nova Strategic site.
